Our Story

When we had kids, we searched for clean and ethical meats.  We noticed there was nothing truly local and "clean" meats were usually  big corporations fooling us with good marketing. The only way we could truly know that our meat was clean and ethical was to raise the animals ourselves. In 2018, we found land to rent on the outskirts of town and raised our first animals. SOL City Farm was born.

In 2021, we teamed up with the Arce family who held our same passion for clean local food. We're making a difference one plate at a time.
