What to expect:
You can expect an average of 30-40lbs of meat for whole lambs and 15-20lbs for half lambs, depending on the size of the animal available when you order. A whole lamb will typically require 2 cubic feet of space your freezer.
All the meat will arrive fully frozen and individually packaged in the following cuts:
- Leg of lamb
- Stew meat
- Loin chops
- Ground lamb
- Bones for stock

While many bulk animal programs set prices by the weight of the live animal or hanging weight (and promote a lower price per pound), we only charge you for the meat you’re receiving, so the price per pound is always accurate and reflects what you’re actually putting in your freezer.
For Pick Up, Choose "Pick Up on Farm".Pick ups are on Saturday from 10:00am-11:00pm at 11825 NW 56 Street Miami, FL 33178.
For Delivery, Choose your "delivery zone" in Miami-Dade.Deliveries are on Saturdays from 8:00am-2:00pm. Please leave a cooler with ice at your door if you will not be home.
*As per 9 CFR § 303.1:You are not purchasing meat. You are purchasing a share of a live lamb which is then butchered in a custom exempt facility. We transport your animal to a custom exempt slaughterhouse for slaughter and processing as a courtesy.
