The affordable way to purchase our premium pasture-raised, grass-fed, and grass-finished beef, we recommend considering buying a whole cow. This option allows you to get the most value for your money and ensures that you have a steady supply of high-quality beef on hand.
We can send a whole cow to slaughter. We charge $6.50/LB of hanging weight.

We send your cow to the slaughterhouse ("Cut Rite Outback" in Vero Beach, FL) and within 7 days (for "dry age"), it is ready to be picked up.
You have to pay the slaughterhouse their butchering fee. (Usually $500-$800).
Remember that you need a minimum of 10 cubic ft of freezer space.
